Another simple recipe with big, bold flavor from Justin at @electricmice on Instagram. “These Jamaican Wings + Ancho Masala Ranch wings were tossed in a bit of avocado oil and then coated in Neil Sarap Jamaican Rub. They sat in this mix for about an hour before going on the top rack of the Yoder Smokers YS640S pellet grill at 225°F for about 2 hours. When they hit 165 internal I bumped the temp to 375°F and let them cook till crispy.” Thanks, Justin, for this awesome recipe!!
